How do I start planning a trip with X-Plo?
Use the Plan My Trip form or message us on WhatsApp with your destination, dates and number of travellers. The team will review your request and get back to you.
Can you create a custom itinerary?
Yes. Tailor-made tour packages are one of our core services — we shape the plan around your interests, budget and timing.
Do you book flights and accommodation?
We assist with air ticketing as well as hotel and Airbnb bookings, based on availability at the time of your enquiry.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. Share your flight details and we'll help arrange a pick-up or drop-off.
Do you guarantee visas or insurance?
No. We can help with visa and travel insurance enquiries, but approvals and coverage are decided by the relevant authorities and providers.
How are prices confirmed?
Prices depend on dates, availability and your preferences. We share a quote once we understand your travel plans.
